We accept all PPO plans. Unfortunately, we do not accept HMO, Medicare, or Medical insurances. Please call our office to make an appointment and to ask any questions you may have.
We accept most major credit cards, ATM cards, cash and personal checks with valid I.D. We do not take American Express or Discover. For our patients’ convenience, we have third-party, interest-free payment plans available through CareCredit.
We are a private dental practice, not a dental “clinic.” Your health is extremely important to us. In order to provide the proper dental care that you need and want, we will need your help in maintaining your appointments.
We reserve the time in advance to accommodate your busy schedule. We kindly ask that you extend the same consideration to us if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you cannot make an appointment as scheduled, please notify the office. There will be a $50 fee for broken appointments or cancellations with less than two business days’ notice.
We understand that illness and unforeseen emergencies occur and we will accommodate for these rare instances.
